Abutters Lists
Abutters lists require a $10 deposit. Ten working days must be allowed for its' creation. The cost depends upon the number of abutters and ranges from $10 for less than ten abutters up to $105 for 200 abutters.
Abutters distances are as follows:
300 feet - Board of Appeals (zoning)
300 feet - Planning Board
300 feet - Site Plan Review
500 feet - Planning Board sub division
100 feet - Board of Selectmen (Liquor license and churches within 500 feet, Telephone poles direct abutters and across the street)
100 feet - Conservation Commission
To Request an abutters list you may email a request to the Assessors department, but must pay the deposit before the list is created
