ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
The Board of Selectmen of the Town of Hudson, Massachusetts will receive sealed bids for the PRIVATE SNOW HAULING & PLOWING until 10:00 A.M., on WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 25, 2017 at the Office of the Director of Public Works, 1 Municipal Drive, Hudson, Massachusetts 01749, at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.
A copy of the contract documents for the work may be obtained from the office of the Director, after September 5, 2017 between the hours of 7:30 A.M. and 3:30 P.M.

Submitted Proposals must be on forms furnished and addressed to the Director of Public Works, 1 Municipal Drive, Hudson, MA 01749.
PLEASE MARK ON ENVELOPE PURPOSE OF BID ENCLOSED
The following documents are REQUIRED for this bid:
1. A copy of each vehicle registration
2. A copy of the insurance coverage for each vehicle
3. A signed Tare Weight slip
4. Documentation for DOT, Drug and Alcohol testing program.
5. A copy of driver’s Mass Driver’s license and a copy of Hoisting Engineer’s license, where applicable.
Each vehicle, whether primary or backup, needs to have its own set of bid documents. Do not list two vehicles on the same bid sheet.
NOTE: The Town of Hudson Department of Public Works reserves the right to downsize the project limits if the bid of the lowest responsible bidder is greater than the funds available and allocated to this project.
