The Council meets the first Wednesday of the month at 12:30 pm.  The Council office is located in the Hudson Senior Center at 29 Church Street. The Board was established in March 1966.  The programs are funded by the Town of Hudson through a budget appropriation approved at the annual Town Meeting.  Additional support is received through grants and private donations.
