June 3rd 10am-11:30ish.. My Life, My Health  
A (6) week workshop is to start I am waiving the $25.00 charge for the class, so the session is free and will include a copy of the book “Living a Healthy Life with Chronic Conditions” and a CD.  If you have chronic pain, limited mobility, decreased energy, frustration with those limitations or notice a negative impact on your social life and daily activities, then THIS CLASS IS FOR YOU.  Please join Janice Long and Rose Pichler for this wonderful program developed and designed by Stanford Medical School.  We have already held two (6) week classes and people LOVE IT.  Please call Janice if you have any questions. Thursday June 5th and 12th, 10 – 2pm AARP PRESENTS ITS SAFETY DRIVER’S PROGRAM at the Hudson Senior Center.  Cost for this program is $10.00, checks made out to AARP.  The Hudson Senior Center will provide a light lunch for those in attendance.  You must call 978-568-9638 to register for this program.   Thank you

Please join us at the center by 10:15 and enjoy fresh fruit and small pastry while the St Michael’s 5th grade class presents their talent show.

Then at 11:30 Chef Oscar and Chef John will start
FATHER’S DAY HOT BRUNCH with:
Carved ham, Omelet Station, Texas French Toast, Roasted Potatoes, Shrimp, Green been Almandine, a Special Signature Surprise Dish by Chef John and Dessert!  Wow what a treat!  We will start taking names for this event Tuesday June 2nd.  (Wives are also invited)   Space is very limited so call on June 2nd!!

JUNE 13TH  MINI GOLF at TROMBETTA’S with Ana and Renee  -  all will meet at the Senior Center 9:30am.  Cost is $8.00 and that includes the $5.00 to play golf and $3.00 for lunch which Ana and Renee will prepare and bring.   Trombetta’s also has an ice cream stand, so come prepared to buy ice cream after lunch!!!   Gail will drive

JUNE 18TH NEW SUMMER GOLF LEAGUE TO START AT TWIN SPRINGS GOLF COURSE IN BOLTON

Every Wednesday you may tee off at 9am at Twin Springs for $12.00 a week or $19.75 (including a cart).  To “KICK OFF’ this great opportunity, we will offer a FREE box lunch for  our GOLFERS on the first Wednesday, June 18th.  Please call the Senior Center to sign up for summer golf league and have some FUN!

June 20th: Candlepin Bowling at the Acton Bowladrome.  Bowling, shoes and lunch is $10.00.   We will be carpooling for this and will need volunteers to drive. If you are interested please call Marie at 978-568-9638.  Everyone will meet at the Senior Center by 9am!

June 25th Lunch Bunch with Marlborough Hills at noon.  Free lunch and discussion on UMASS HOSPICE

June 27th PARAFFIN HAND WAXING 10am at the center.

Tuesday July 1,  11:30   FRIENDS ANNUAL COOKOUT & D.J. GEORGE! Annual “Friends” Cookout will be at the Hudson Elks Pavilion.

This is a FREE event; you must call the center to reserve your seat. Intel volunteers will be on hand to grill the hamburgers and hot dogs!  
OUR TAI CHI PROGRAM IS GROWING AND WILL CONTINUE!
Every Thursday Lou Tagliani will have Tai Chi Form 24 practice at Town Hall 8:30-9:30.  Immediately following, Lou will offer another 6 week beginners class 9:30-10-30. Call the center to sign up.  (THANKS LOU)  


Monday June 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd and 30th 1:30 – 3:00. MAH JONGG INSTRUCTION FOR BEGINNERS  Mah Jong involves skill, strategy, calculation as well as a certain degree of chance.  Pat Dinkin is our instructor! Please call to sign up.   We are in need of two card tables for the Mah Jong class.  If anyone would like to donate 1 or 2 card tables, we would graciously accept!  Thank you!
