July 8th 1:30 – 2:30  NEW AFTERNOON BLOOD PRESSURE WITH MARLBOROUGH HILLS, at the Senior Center.  

July 8th at 9:30 Hearing Clinic call the center to make an appointment 978-568-9638

July 14th 10:45 Sing a Long

July 15th 10 am at the center!  TRIP TO KIMBLES ICE CREAM STAND IN WESTFORD ICE CREAM, MINI GOLF ($11.00) AND BUMBER WATER BOATS ($7.50).  Don’t forget a little extra for ice cream!  A summer day trip that should be fun for everyone!  We will start taking calls July 3rd because of limited seating.

July 18th Friday: CANDLEPIN BOWLING…..once again!!!!!
Candlepin Bowling at the Acton Bowladrome.  Bowling, shoes and lunch is $10.00.   We will be carpooling for this and will need volunteers to drive. If you are interested please call Marie at 978-568-9638.  Everyone will meet at the Senior Center by 9am!

July 22nd 12 noon MAD HATTER TEA PARTY at the center…The Mad Hatter Tea Party complete with tea sandwiches, scones, and of course your favorite hat.  It can be a beautiful hat, an ugly hat, a crazy hat, but you must wear a hat to attend.   Do not be afraid to be original.  Oh did I mention men can attend as well!!!! Same rules apply…Let’s have some fun.  BE CREATIVE

July 29th Tuesday  at 11:00am.  MUSEUM OF RUSSIAN ICONS IN CLINTON  The Museum of Russian Icons was founded as a non-profit educational museum and includes more than 300 Russian icons, the largest collection of its kind in North America.  The collection spans six centuries and includes important historical icons dating from the earliest periods of icon painting up to the present.  Cost is $5.00 for admission.  Bring a little extra for a quick sandwich or ice cream after!  An educational summer day trip. Call the center to reserve your seat!

Every Thursday, 10:30am Quilting Class. at the Senior Center.

Every Wednesday NEW SUMMER GOLF LEAGUE HAS STARTED
you may tee off at 9am at Twin Springs for $12.00 a week or $19.75 (including a cart).  Fourteen people have already signed up, we can take 6 more!   Please call the Senior Center to sign up for summer golf league and have some FUN!  Twin Springs is a lovely course!

July 7th, 21st, 24th and 31st MAH JONGG INSTRUCTION FOR BEGINNERS  Mah Jong involves skill, strategy, calculation as well as a certain degree of chance.  Pat Dinkin is our instructor! Please call to sign up.  This is the last month for instruction.  In August our new Mah Jong players are on their own, of course Pat will be close by for questions!  We are in need of one card table for the Mah Jong class.  If anyone would like to donate 1 card table, we would graciously accept!  Thank you!

TAI CHI  -  LEVEL 2 CLASS  (The 24 Forms Routine) Lou will be giving a Tai Chi Level 2 class starting Thursday July 10th and lasting for 10 weeks.  The class will be given 9:00 A.M. to 10:30 A.M.  To take this class you should have already taken Lou’s Tai Chi Beginners Class.  Please call the center if you are interested.  (And Thanks to Lou once again)

Thrift Shop Open every Thursday 9-12.  Please come by and browse through our Thrift Shop.  Clothes, shoes, handbags, coats, jackets and more.    

FITNESS CLASSES Sponsored by the Hudson Senior Center and Executive Office of Elder affairs will resume in Sept.

NO FRIENDS MEETING, NO COA BOARD MEETINGS…UNTIL SEPTEMBER
