In order to efficiently conduct the business of the School Committee and provide for public input, please keep in mind the following:

Ø  Speakers should address their issues and concerns, and avoid

personal attacks;

Ø  Persons addressing the Committee should refrain from reading long statements. If such statements are considered necessary for background material, then these statements should be furnished to the Committee prior to the meeting; and

Ø  Persons addressing the Committee should limit their statements to approximately two minutes.
