We are holding a H1N1 flu clinic on this coming Saturday morning (12/19/2009) at the High School cafeteria. Based on CDC and DPH guidelines, this clinic is for anyone who wants to receive this vaccination.
This clinic is for Hudson residents only.
Please register if you would like to receive this vaccination. Please register each member of your family separately. For infants and children under the age of 10, and had previously been vaccinated for H1N1 28 days prior to 12/19/2009, please register to get the second dose.
No "walk-ins" will be accepted.

Those without internet access could still register by calling the Board of Health office at (978) 562-2020 or (978) 568-9603 to sign up. However, the web-based system will be faster and you’ll get an immediate result on whether you are confirmed or not. This is a newly developed system. If you encounter any issue during the registration process, please let us know.
