OPEN SPACE AND RECREATION SURVEY
Open Space & Recreation is one of the chapters of the overall Master Plan. In addition to the Master Plan, the Town of Hudson is in the early stages of updating our Open Space Plan. Having a state-certified Open Space Plan allows us access to grant funds to purchase land for open space protection and/or recreation. Our current plan expires this year (2013).
Herein, please find an Open Space & Recreation survey to gage your concerns & priorities for the Town. What should our goals be in regards to recreation, open space & water resource protection? How would you rate potential new recreation opportunities? There are 12 questions including many places to write in other specific programs, facilities or amenities that you would like to see in Hudson.
Feel free to forward this survey on to other Hudson residents that may be interested. Paper surveys are also available at the Recreation Department. Paper surveys can be mailed/dropped off in Town Hall, Recreation Office, 78 Main St., Hudson, MA 01749.

Rte. 85/Washington St Construction Alert
Please note, there will be heavy construction modifications to the intersection of Washington Street & Broad Street in Hudson, with the installation of the new roundabout. Beginning Monday April 15, this phase of construction should last 1 to 2 weeks.
PLEASE SEEK ALTERNATE ROUTES.
The Park Commission/Division of Recreation goal is to provide the residents of Hudson with a comprehensive leisure time program for ages 0 to 99, while continually expanding and enhancing recreation facilities and opportunities keeping abreast of ever changing trends. Also to preserve open space and the natural features of Hudson that defines its character, identity and link to the past.
