The Park Commission / Division of Recreation goal is to provide the residents of Hudson with a comprehensive leisure time program for those of all ages, while continually expanding and enhancing recreation facilities and opportunities keeping abreast of ever changing trends. Also to preserve open space and the natural features of Hudson that defines its character, identity and link to the past.

Assabet River Rail Trail (ARRT)
The Assabet River Rail Trail runs between 19 Maple St (Acton) and Sudbury Rd. (Stow) and Wilkins St (Hudson) to Highland St and Lincoln St (Marlborough), with parking in Acton and Hudson.
