Friends of Hudson Seniors

About Us

The Friends of Hudson Seniors are an independent, non-profit, tax-exempt organization dedicated to raising funds for improvement and for renovations of the Hudson Senior Center.   Formed in 1980, the "Friends" institute fund raising projects for items not provided for by the Town of Hudson or the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.  For example, the Friends purchase the Center's buses, office equipment and fund building renovations, social activities, education for staff and more.   Popular events such as the Annual Senior Fair and Psychic Fair are just a couple of successful fundraising projects.  Suppers, fairs, raffles, & dances held by the group are an ongoing commitment to continue the growth of programs and services at the Senior Center.

Meetings are held at the Senior Center on the second Tuesday of the month at 9:30 AM.  Those motivated in helping support the endeavors and goals of the “Friends” are welcome to attend.  Perhaps you are interested in helping out with our activities or maybe you have some new exciting ideas to share.  There is no age limit.  Dues are $7.00 yearly.  If you would like to get involved with the Friends Organization and help our senior center, please come to the next meeting - the 2nd Tuesday of the month at 9:30 AM.  I guarantee you will enjoy the company and have a great time.  Please contact the Hudson Senior Center (978) 568-9638 if you are interested and need more information or visit the Friends website at https://sites.google.com/view/friendsofhudsonseniors/home.
