Conservation Commission Vacancy

The Conservation Commission is responsible for enforcing Wetlands Protection law and for managing town conservation land. The Commission meets the first and third Thursday evenings each month and occasionally has site visits on other evenings or weekend mornings.

Experience in a related field, such as civil engineering, hydrology, environmental law or environmental sciences, is preferred but not required. Training (paid for by the Commission) is available.

If you are a Hudson resident with an interest in environmental issues and would like to serve your town in a volunteer capacity, or if you have questions about the position, please contact the Conservation Agent at 978-562-2948 or phelinek@townofhudson.org.
