Hudson Board of Health Receives Request for Minor Modification to Site Assignment from B-P Trucking

The Hudson Board of Health has officially received a Request for Minor Modification to Site Assignment from B-P Trucking, Inc. on December 15, 2025, in accordance with M.G.L. 310 CMR 16.00.

B-P Trucking currently operates a Transfer Station on Town-owned property at 1 Municipal Drive/300 Cox Street. The Board of Health has been engaged in discussions with B-P related to this proposal for over a year. Receipt of the application marks the start of the formal review process.

The Board of Health held a brief meeting on Tuesday, December 23, 2025 to officially recognize receipt of B-P’s request and to discuss the existing Solid Waste Management Agreement between the Town of Hudson and B-P.

Additional information regarding the application review process, public hearing dates, etc. will be shared after the holidays and will be discussed in detail at the next Board of Health meeting scheduled for Tuesday, January 13, 2026 at 5:30pm (in-person and virtual).
