Stress Reduction with Qigong - Tuesdays, 9:30 am. Are you interested in reducing the stress in your life and better coping with the day-to-day activities making demands on your time? This class may be right for you. The class utilizes both a western approach based on the work of Dr. Herbert Benson of Harvard University and Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn of UMASS, in combination with simple, easy-to-learn qigong exercises.

Caregiver Support - The Hudson Senior Center understands the many ups and downs to being a caregiver. Many services are available, offering support, education, respite or even just peace of mind knowing that someone has checked in on a loved one. Visit our Caregiver Support page.

Daybreak Adult Daycare/Caregiver Respite Program - Thursdays, 11:30 am to 2:30 pm, at the Senior Center. Voluntary Donation = $15 per day. A nutritious lunch and snacks will also be provided.
