The Hudson Senior Center offers free transportation on the Senior Bus, taking all Hudson residents ages 55 and over on scheduled shopping trips, to medical appointments, to the Center itself, etc.
According to a study published in the British Medical Journal, productive and socially active people in the latter stages of life live significantly longer than those who are not involved in such activities.
