Apply for a Library Card Online

Due to COVID-19, the Hudson Public Library has expanded its Library Card application process to include emailing in an application.

Process

Applying for a Library Card online is easy!

1. Download a Borrower Form below
2. Fill out the form completely
3. Email the completed form to:
   hpl.librarycard@gmail.com
4. When notified your card is ready, come in to the Library with your Photo ID and Proof of Address
