62 Packard Street Demolition

The Hudson Affordable Housing Trust is excited to announce that construction on a 40-unit affordable housing development at the site of the former school/police station at 62 Packard Street is underway. Demolition of the old building is scheduled to begin on Tuesday, September 19. We realize that the building may be of historical or sentimental interest to some Hudson residents and wanted to give you all advanced notice and chance to snap a picture or two before the building comes down. Please note that it is an active construction site so please do not enter the fenced area.
