Hudson's Annual Flu Clinic - October 3rd, 2020

Join the Hudson Health Department for their Annual Flu Clinic (Drive-through Edition- Clinic is for Hudson residents only) on October 3rd, 2020 from 9:30am-12pm at the Hudson High School. 

Registration and masks are required!

Step 1: Select a time slot for your flu vaccination appointment from the available time slots on https://cutt.ly/HudsonFluClinic2020. Please note that it is important that the name be spelled the same way as it appears on your insurance card.

Step 2: Complete a vaccination consent form on https://cutt.ly/FluForm. When done, please print a copy of the consent form and bring with you to the flu vaccine clinic.
