COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic for Hudson Residents 75+
The Hudson Health Department is happy to announce that we have partnered with AFC Urgent Care and have a limited number of COVID-19 vaccines available on a first come, first serve basis.
The clinic will be on February 16th from 9am-2pm at the Hudson High School.
The following rules will apply:
- Vaccines are for Hudson residents 75 and over. Proof of residency will be required. If you are not a Hudson resident or over the age of 75, you will be turned away. Note: The new Governor's announcement for caregivers ONLY applies to the mass vaccination sites (i.e. Gillette, Fenway, etc.) and will NOT be accommodated at the Town clinic.
- If you sign up for this clinic and you do not meet the requirements (Hudson resident and 75+), your appointment will be cancelled immediately.
- Must attend BOTH vaccination dates: February 16th and March 17th. If you are unable to attend BOTH dates, do not sign up!
- You will not need to register separately for the March 17th clinic. We will take care of that for you!
- ALL registrations must be completed online. The Health Dept. cannot assist you with changes or cancellations to your appointment.
- Bring a photo ID and your insurance cards.
- Do not show up early for your appointment.
