6:00 pm - 9:00 pm

All proceeds generated will be used to benefit the coalition’s programs and prevention strategies. Tickets will be available at the door for a price of $5 per person. In addition to the excitement of watching an epic dodgeball tournament, all participants will have a chance at our many door prizes, great local food, a health fair, and musical entertainment.

Door Prizes

All of our attendees will receive five tickets, which they can drop in a jar specific to one of our many door prizes, totaling over $1,000 dollars! Prizes include gift cards to Hudson businesses, T-shirts, and electronics. Thanks to our donors!

Each member of the team will receive a trophy commemorating their achievement!

Food
There will be pizza, snacks, and refreshments available through the night!

Entertainment and Resources
Plan on a health fair and musical entertainment throughout the night too. More details to come!

Team Registration Details

Team Size

We are looking for approximately 12 teams, each made up of 8 players (six players on the court, plus two alternates that can be swapped between games).

Team Make-up

This tournament is open to any player who is at least grade 5 or over. Teams may be inter-generational, or consist of exclusively youth or adults.

Team Uniform

Teams need to have a name, and should ideally be dressed in a similar appropriate uniform (e.g. same color shirt, all wearing headbands, matching gorilla outfits, whatever…)

How to Register

To register, teams can use the Hudson Recreation website included here or by clicking the LINK below. Upon clicking on the link, search for “YSAP Dodgeball Tournament”. If you are a team captain, select the option for TEAM REGISTRATION. The team captain will be responsible for submitting the registration fee and setting the team name. If you are a player other than the team captain, select the option for PLAYER REGISTRATION. You will be asked to include your team captain and team name in your registration.
