Annual Reports
The 2016 Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) Permit requires municipalities to submit annual reports to the EPA each year by September 28. The annual reports are available for public viewing through the "Attachments" section below. Each file is saved by permit year starting with Permit Year 1 (May 1, 2018-June 30, 2019). Note that each following permit year follows the fiscal year running from July 1-June 30 annually.
