Town of Hudson, MA invites sealed Bids for Brigham Street Culvert and Park Stret Culvert Maintenance to install a concrete culvert and headwalls, wingwalls and open channel restoration, with Alternate for CIPP relining at various locations. Substantial completion: 155 days. Final completion: 176 days after start of project. Bidding is per MGL Chapter 30 s39M.

Mandatory pre-Bid conference: 11:00 AM. local time on May 1, 2024 at 1 Municipal Drive Hudson, MA-01749. Cutoff date/time for submission of questions is May 9th, 2024 at 3:00 PM local time. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to the Engineer Garrett Bergey (Woodard and Curran) in writing via email: GBERGEY@WOODARDCURRAN.COM and a copy to KMCCAFFERY@WOODARDCURRAN.COM

All Bids shall be in sealed envelopes Attn: Eric Ryder DPW Director, Department of Public Works, 1 Municipal Drive Hudson, MA -01749 and must be received by May 16, 2024 at 11:00 AM.  All bids shall include a Bid bond / Bid Security for 5% of the total bid price.
